Absolutely loved my experience with Amy! She listened to all my skin care issues and immediately devised a plan on how to proceed. The office and tools are top of the line/hygienic. Amy the esthetician with Stratis Gayner was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. She takes time to explain various things to help with your concerns on what you wish to do. Great place.

Yes needles can be scary, but Dr. Gayner and Samantha have their technique down where you do not feel anything! Dr. Gayner is very honest and will only recommend what you need. 100% recommend for first time injectable and for the one million time as well! Amy their medical esthetician is amazing! She takes her time with every patient and individualizes each treatment. Dark skin or light skin she will recommend whats best for your concerns. She is very knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction for better skin care.

Dr. Gayner and his assistant, Samantha are a great team. Dr Gayner takes his time explaining his recommendations and walks you through the entire process. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, it was a great experience.

Just want to let everyone know that I’m a different kind of person. Dr Stratis and Nurse Samantha were very tentative about what I was saying. The doctor asked me several times why I was doing this without transitioning and I explained to him that is was something that I have always wanted to have beautiful breast but it was never a good time to do it until now. He just wanted to understand why I want to do this. Dr. Stratis has no problems with me, a guy, getting a breast augmentation. Everyone at their facility was very personable, nice, and polite. Dr. Stratis took the time to measure my chest area to see what size implants would fit my body and other Doctors I had appointments with didn't even take the time to do this and this facility uses IDEAL IMPLANTS, which are structured saline implants. These are the implants that I'm interested in having. We discussed the size of implants that I wanted and tried on sizers until I found the size I liked, which were 475cc filled to 535cc, but Dr. Stratis suggested going with the 515cc filled to 580cc and I tried the sizers on and they were very full. In my mind I wanted to go the bigger route but knew I shouldn’t so at our first appointment I decided to go with the 475cc filled to 535cc but the Pre-Op appointment came around and I wanted to try on the 580 sizers again. I decided to go with the doctor’s recommendation and I’m very pleased I did. They are marvelous. I’m very happy with Dr. Stratis ability and skill as a Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Stratis and Nurse Samantha went over the procedure with us (wife) and what to expect after surgery and during recovery. They answered all questions that I had about it. Dr. Stratis even gave me a phone number to call or txt him 24/7 if I have any questions or concerns after my breast augmentation surgery. I just want to reiterate that everyone at their facility was very kind, polite, courteous, and tentative to my needs. I do recommend anyone in the Harrisburg area or anywhere in the world, if you're looking for an artist to shape your body, whether you are female or male looking to upgrade your body in the best possible way. I do recommend Dr. John P. Stratis of Stratis Gayner Plastic Surgery to be your surgeon.
Dr. Stratis is the best surgeon in Harrisburg. His team and himself went above and beyond to make sure my surgery went well and recovery smoothly. I got a tummy tuck and liposuction. I’m upset he’s retiring, however, I’m glad I got my surgery before his departure this year.
I had work done by both Dr's. they are Absolutely wonderful! I could not be any happier with my results from both Stratis and Gayner. The staff is so welcoming. This is the Plastic Surgery Center to see!!
I had a neck and lower (mini) facelift performed by Dr Gayner 6 weeks ago. I am so pleased with my results…. I look at least 10 years younger and am receiving so much positive reinforcement from so many people! His staff (esp. Samantha) are beyond efficient and professional, and he is truly a gifted surgeon. My results are so natural…. Such a positive experience all the way around!
Dr. Gayner has a phenomenal injection technique for neurotoxins and dermal fillers, and I barely felt a thing. 0/10 pain. I also had submental liposuction with Dr. Gayner; I experienced instant results and better results each day as the swelling goes down. Samantha (Dr. Gayner’s nurse) is a gem and always makes me feel welcome and beautiful when I come to the office for an appointment. Prices are comparable to other injectors in the local area and actually costs are on the lower end for National average of injections procedures. Would highly recommend this office for any aesthetic work. Results are worth the price, time and healing.
